About Bob Georgiou

In 1989, I graduated from Iowa State University.  His father had discovered an opportunity and asked me to move to California to start a small business with him.  At the time computization was changing all business.  He liked the technical aspects of his career and found the new techology had moved itself into several old scool businesses traditionally run by talented small operators the one that intrigued him most was the sign industry.  In May of 1989, Bob Loves Signs of Danville, California then opened its doors.   With Bob, an assistant, one 286 desktop computer, and zero revenue, we grew the business into an serious organization making architectural signs throughout the bay area.  Bob Loves Signs is still currently located at the same location at 554 San Ramon Valley Blvd, in Danville under new ownership. 

The business was in most regards a success. Over that ten year span, Bob bought his first fixer condominium, joined the homeowners association, turned it into a rental and then bought another fixer.  By then the sign business was changing again and decisions had to be made about new competion in the business segment. Bob then made the decision to use his business development skills in a new arena, Real Estate. 

Bob Georgiou started his professional real estate career with Prudential California Realty, Walnut Creek in 1999. Since then he has assisted scores of families and individuals selling their old homes and finding new dream homes throughout Central Contra Costa County.  These smart people have been witness to and helped contibute to Bob's success in earning sales awards for production in 4 of the last 5 years.
